"Why does no one mention that Mama was a deformed woman?"

An illogical about Mama

Clearly Mama, even in real life, was severely deformed (and possibly mentally deficient). Why does no one say this? No one says, "a handicapped woman" or "a woman with special deformities" etc. when describing her history? They just refer to her as a woman who went to a place for sad people. No one thought to mention that she had arms that were three feet too long and eyes in different places on her head?

[DEVASTATING] This is devastating to the film's internal logic, and potentially ruins the entire movie.
